Terms of Service

★ General ★

1. Not reading my ToS does not excludes you from rules.
1'1. I do not take resposibility for client not reading my ToS.
2. I do not tolerate aggressive and disrespectful behaviour towards me.
3. I am always open for questions and problem solvings regarding the commissions.
4. You are welcome to repost my work on socials, as long as you credit me as the creator.
4'1. I am reposting all my atwork on my social media. If you dont want me to repost your commissioned art, you need to let me know beforehand.
5. I do not allow commercial use on my art without my permission. Feel free to ask me about the commercial rights and fees.
6. Do not heavy inspire of my work. Really - don't. Be more creative.
6'1. Do not steal, edit or trace my art.
6'2. Do not remove my signature or logo.
6'3. Do not claim my work as your own.
7. Breaking my rules will result in graylisting or even banning from future purchases from me.

8. Payment via PayPal in US Dollars (or via Blik/Bank Transfer in PLN in Poland) only.
8'1. I will be sending you the invoice for the payment on PayPal.
8'2. I may accept partial payment. (fx. 50% before the sketch and 50% after the sketch) I am up for suggestions.
9. You may cancel the commission before sketch is made with 100% refund. After the sketch only 50% of the paid amount can be refunded. You must have a clear reason for the cancelation.
9'1. Do not cancel the payment without informing me about it.
9'2. I have right to decline or cancel your order whatever the cause is.
9'3. Any forced refund will result in graylisting or even banning from the future purchases from me.

10. I will only accept clear reference sheets or art, without complex shading. No 3D models or traditional drawings. (There may be exceptions)
11. Redlines, moodboards and inspirations are very welcome!
12. OCs without a drawing (from the text) will be treated as a custom for an extra fee, since they do not have reference sheet or clear art of them.
13. It takes me up to 2-3 months to finish a piece. I will be letting know if time will be extending.
13'1. If you want the specific time of the deadline I may ask for an additional fee, depending on how quickly I need to have it done.
13'2. I kindly ask to not to rush me, even by asking every 1-2 days about the commission. I will inform you asap when I will have questions or an update.
13'3. My turnaround time depends on events in my private life, size of the order, number of changes in the commission and how quickly I get answers to questions and WIPs.
14. Please: Double check very carefully what I have to change in the each progress step.
14'1. I accept the biggest changes during the sketch. After lineart I can only change a few things and colors. You can still ask for bigger corrections after lineart for an additional fee.

Keep in mind - you automatically agree with my ToS by commissioning me.

The Pricelist is outdated

Custom costs additionally 50-100% of the price. (Head, Half or Fullbody)
Every extra character cost 80% of the price.
Additional version with and without outfit or wings costs 25-50% of the price. (Half or Fullbody)
Mecha, hard designs and a lot of details may cost extra depending on the difficulty.
Backgrounds cost extra depending on the difficulty. Simple BG is free.
No NSFW or NSFW related. I will accept candy gore or mild gore only.
